Tak hanya aktif mengajar sebagai dosen, Assoc.Prof. Wahyudi Agustiono, Ph.D. juga merupakan asesor BKD, asesor LAM-INFOKOM, dan seorang pakar IT dari SEVIMA, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Teknologi Pendidikan (EdTech).
